Various aspects of the programme such as the eligibility criteria, the process and the types of professional settings withing which the programme operates are detailed here.

  • Evaluation Components

    Quiz – 10%
    Seminar/Viva – 25%
    Group Discussion – 10%
    Project Report – 30%

  • Operation

    PS-I programme is conducted once in a year during the month of May – July. Every year, nearly 2100 students (from Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses) from science,engineering and humanistics disciplines go for PS-I during summer at the end of their second year. PS-I programme is being implemented more than 200 organisations. Around 110 BITS faculty members supervise the PS-I programme

  • Eligibility

    Student must have completed all courses preceding PS-I in case of single degree student and composite programme in case of dual degree student to become eligible for doing PS-I.
