Recognizing the education sector's rapid growth in India, and with BITS standing as one of the nation's premier private Institute, we are dedicated to foster the value of higher education as a cornerstone of societal development. In addition, we are committed to nurture a strong network that enriches the education landscape as an Institutional priority. Under this domain, Power of Many is an ambitious initiative taken by BITS Pilani for empowering quality education to meritorious and needy students. Our goal is to instil the ethos of giving back for the advancement of higher education within both our alumni community and student body.

In particular, we are actively focussing on supporting the education of female students through several initiatives, and the recent launch of Endowment is a foundation milestone in this direction. Our efforts in the past few years have made strides in increasing the representation of female students on its soil.  9% of the total student population are females out of 18,000+ students enrolled in all its Campuses, while 41.5% are females out of 2,045 Ph.D. students registered on-Campus.

It is envisioned that the recently launched Endowment would create a sustainable support system for meritorious and needy female students, enabling them to pursue higher education without financial constraints.

In addition, donations and contributions from other donors will be invested strategically to create a ecosystem, enabling ample scholarship support and educational programs for the talented individuals to fulfil their academic aspirations.
