Assistant Professor, Gr-I
He completed his PhD in Laplacian Immanants of Trees at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, under the supervision of Prof. Sivaramakrishnan Sivasubramanian. He has served as a postdoctoral fellow and RA fellow at IIT Kanpur, NISER Bhubaneswar, IIT Dharwad, and IIT Bombay. His research areas include algebraic combinatorics, graph theory, and matrix analysis. These three fields are closely interconnected, and many intriguing geometric and topological aspects of a graph can be measured using the algebraic properties of matrices associated with that graph. A central theme of his work involves exploring various applications of combinatorial objects and their relationships in algebra. Currently, he is focused on open problems related to integer partitions, immanants, spectra of graphs, matrices associated with graphs, quantum walks, symmetric functions, and characters of symmetric groups.
