Remuneration: ₹ 11 To 13 Lakhs per Annum Cost to Company commensurate with experience
Qualifications
• Graduate from a reputed institute; MBA preferred. Strong network of employers in the IT and technology sectors.
• 5-7 years of post-qualification work experience in HR of IT industry, Placement Operations in Universities, Technology Training Companies, Test Preparation Companies, Skill Development Companies, or other Education Companies.
• Proven experience in placement services, career counselling, recruitment, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong network of industry contacts and employers in the information technology sector.
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and Training Operations management with large IT Corporations is a plus.
