𝗔𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

On Saturday, 18th January 2025, 8 students of M.E. first year, Transportation Engineering specialization, visited TikiTar and Shell Pvt. Ltd., Palwal, to understand the manufacturing process of bitumen and bitumen emulsion. Students also got the opportunity to look at the live demonstration of how QC of bitumen is conducted in field laboratory before a lot of bitumen is dispatched to the customer. Overall, the visit helped the students understand how the industry set-up works and what are possible job opportunities in the bitumen sector.
