Summary

Dr. Naim holds Doctorate in Management from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. Dr. Naim is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management of Birla Institute of Tech. & Science. (BITS), Pilani. His research interests relates to talent management of Gen Y / Millennials and Gen Z, knowledge sharing, workplace flourishing, social media for human resources, mentoring, sustainable HRM, talent engagement, and talent retention. He has been awarded as Senior Research Fellow from University Grants Commission (UGC)

Dr. Naim’s research works on Gen Y talent management and development have appeared in leading management journals of repute including Journal of Knowledge management, Employee relations, Journal of Management & Organization, Strategic HR Review, Industrial and commercial training. His research work has received accolades in numerous international conferences in India and abroad.  He has received Young Researcher Award for his outstanding work Mentoring and Gen Y employees’ engagement.

Dr. Naim is core member of Editorial team of various management journals including International Journal of Human Capital and Information Technology ProfessionalsInternational Journal of Technology and Human Interaction. He has served as Foreign Reviewer for PhD thesis from University of South Africa, Pretoria.
