Akarsh Shroff, a pre-final year student of BITS Pilani received the Diana Award 2021- The most prestigious accolade for a young person's humanitarian work.

Akarsh founded his non-profit, SPARK in 2018. With the support of 500+ volunteers, his organization has impacted 5000+ underserved children by coordinating 16,000+ hours of volunteer work.

Established in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, the Diana Award has the support of both her sons, The Duke of Cambridge and The Duke of Sussex. The story of Akarsh receiving the award has been covered by 9 different media houses.
