Dear fellow batchmates,

The excitement is building up for our silver jubilee reunion this December, celebrating 25 years since our graduation. We all got launched into the Corporate and Professional lives, with never ending propulsion and the upward trajectory; all attributed to the life skills, friendships and sense of purpose acquired at the Vidya Vihar Campus of Pilani, the magical town.

We are the Y2K class, Dot-com boomers, Brain drain river, Mobile phone early adopters, tail-end of GenX and the bridge between old values and modern living. We have done well professionally, established ourselves around the world and are seeing our kids enter undergrad schools. We all agree how instrumental BITS Pilani has been in shaping us as leaders in different fields. It’s time to reflect on the most crucial years of our student lives and give back to the institution and the BITS family that we are proud to be associated with.

The Campus needs funds to rebuild certain ailing infrastructure and continue to support deserving students with financial means during their time on the Campus. They are looking at us, the elders in the family, we must act like one.

Through individual and smaller group conversations, we have found overwhelming support for a Class Gift as part of this silver jubilee celebration. Let’s come together and make it happen.
