Develop spin-on nanostructured IGZO films. Design and execute a process flow to fabricate transistors and biosensors on the same in a cleanroom. | M.E./M.Tech ( or equivalent higher degree) with 60% aggregate in EEE, ECE, nanotechnology etc. M.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) candidates will also be considered with relevant experience | Prior experience with material analysis, film deposition and characterization, clean room experience. |
