Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Mathematics at BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa Campus, Goa, for a SERB-SURE sponsored research project titled “Developing efficient methods for approximating generalized inverses of tensors and solving multilinear systems (SUR/2022/004357)”.

Accommodation: Hostel Accommodation will be provided subject to availability and will be governed by the rules and regulations of the institute prevailing at the time of joining of the candidate.

Eligibility: Candidates must have a post-graduate degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with first class(or at least CGPA 6.5). The candidates should have sound knowledge in Linear Algebra and Numerical Analysis. Knowledge of mathematical software such as MATLAB/ MATHEMATICA, etc., will be desirable. Preference will be given to the NET/GATE-qualified candidate.
