BBA Honours Programme

The Department offers a comprehensive four-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Honours programme. The programme is divided into seven semesters of coursework and one full semester dedicated to an internship (Practice School-II).   A student also has an option to do a thesis in case he/she does not opt for Practic School. Prior to Practice School II, all students are required to complete a two month summer-term internship (Practice School-I) at the end of their second year.

This programme is carefully curated and aims to develop fundamental knowledge, skills, and analytical tools essential for becoming efficient and responsible business managers, and ultimately, leaders in the global economy. It focuses on providing knowledge and developing competencies in the emerging areas of business management including business analytics and data driven decision making, financial analytics, digital transformation, and business management in a digitized economy.

The structure of our BBA (Hons) programme provides students with the flexibility to choose courses from various management domains as discipline electives, allowing them to create and customize their own specializations aligned with their specific interests. Furthermore, students can select five courses under the 'Open Electives' category from any field of knowledge, including engineering, data science, science, or any branch of social sciences and arts.
