In a remarkable display of academic prowess, on 26th November 2023, second-year biotechnology students attended the 4th IIACM 2023 (3rd International Indo-Arab Conference of medicine) and presented a diverse array of posters. The event was graced by eminent doctors, healthcare professionals and Director BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, showcased the students' commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of biotechnology with relation to medicine and healthcare.

1.  1st Prize: Akshat Tewari and Vidhu Das: “Modulating Tumor Microenvironment Viscosity: A Novel Approach To Inhibit Cancer Metastasis”
2.  2nd Prize: Anoushka Martin, Sree Gouri Menon, Crystal Nazareth, Shristi Sudeep: “Therapeutic Immunotherapy for Cervical and Ovarian Cancer”
3.  3rd Prize: Risla Muhammad Ali, Gatha Nilesh Virani, Adithi Sujith, Karthika Murali, Hrishitha Vabilisetty: “Stargardt Disease Research: From Genetics to Innovative Treatments”
4. Ms Rincy Thomas won first prize for her research poster during the 3rd International Conference on Environmental sustainability: New Paradigms and Developments (ICES 2023), Dubai, UAE, 26-29th November 2023.
