•  Received most prestigious J C Bose National Fellowship that will be valid from 2024  to 2029.  
•  Project Director of BioCyTIH, a 125 crore project from DST-SERB. This is the only  mega national mission mode project funded to private institutes. The project is on  Bio-Cyber Physical Systems.  
•  More than 22 projects are funded within all 3 BITS Pilani campuses in India. One of  the highest funded project in BITS Pilani system. Currently, we are looking for the  most potential innovators and engage them in our newly built BITS-BioCyTIH Innovation Center at BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa Campus.  
•  Worked with several faculties and received at least 6 major projects in the institute that are funded from DST, SERB, DBT. Total amount of fund is about 132 crores. 
•  Introduced of new courses and Teaching in several biological subjects at BITS Pilani, Goa campus 
•  Coordinating with several scientists at BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus for giving handouts  on time, Making questions, Taking exams and attending exams as invigilator in all  the exams related to the subjects taught.  
•  Edited a new book on Nucleic Acid Biology and its Application in Human Diseases  comprising more than 500 pages from Nature, Springer, 2023. 
•  Published large number of high impact papers (total number: 23) in international  journals (Average impact factor more than 9.5) including one publication in  Chemical Society Reviews, 2023 with impact factor 61.2 
•  Several patents including detection systems for Thermostable insulin, Covid 19  antiviral peptide, detection system for of ammonia and urea and detection of  cysteine. 
•  Chairman, Board of Directors, National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and  Research (NIPER-Hajipur). Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of  Pharmacology, Ministry of Coal and Fertilizer, New Delhi. This will be valid till 2025.  
•  Became member of selection committee of Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore 
•  Became expert core member for faculty selection of CSIR institutes like CMAP, IGIB,  CDRI, CFTRI etc. and also IISER-Tirupati.  
•  Arranging, Attending and presenting in national and international conferences. Joint  Convener, Society for Biological Chemists (SBC-2023), December 18-20, 2023.
• Edited a new book on Nucleic Acid Biology and its Application in Human Diseases comprising more than 500 pages from Nature, Springer, 2023. Twelve chapters written  by renowned national and international researchers in the field. More than 5000 copies of the book is sold throughout the world and the book is now available in most of the world  famous institute libraries.  
• Published 23 papers in last 4 years with average impact factor of more than 8.0 including one in Chemical Society Reviews (Impact factor: 61.0), from Royal Society of  Chemistry. The average impact factor of all publications together has reached above 9.0 
• Chairman, Board of Governors, NIPER-Hajipur, Bihar (under ministry of Chemical and  Fertilizer). 2022 onwards. 
• Became expert scientist of Recruitment and Assessment Board (RAB), CSIR- New  Delhi. Scientist recruitment done in recent times in major Indian institutes like, IGIB, New  Delhi; CSIR-CDRI, Lucknow; CMAP, CSIR-IITR, Lucknow.  
• Selected as the Member of scientist selection core committee IISER-Tirupati.  
• Selected as the Sectional Committee member, Indian Academy of Science (IAS),  Bangalore from 2022 onwards. 
• Joint Convener, Society for Biological Chemists (SBC-2023). The conference is  organized at the BITS-Pilani, Goa campus during December 18th to 21st, 2023. More than  100 national and international speakers and about 1000 students participated in this mega  event.  
• Received two major patents on, 1. Design and optimizing peptide that stabilizes insulin (TRL-6), in the process of commercialization Guffic Bioscience Limited and other  international companies. Currently, it is in phase 1 stage to look for bioavailability and bio degradability. 2. Small peptide as therapeutic against Covid 19.  
• Guiding as PI for Four Ph D students and two Research Associates, Three Ph D  students will finish their degree in 2027. Research Associates in the BioCyTIH project and  DBT are working on translation research at the BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus and Bose  Institute, Kolkata. Received new DBT project (94 lakhs). One SRF and one RA will be  recruited.  
•  MOU for doing collaborative research with, CSIR-IICB, Kolkata; NCCS, Pune; Bose  Institute, Kolkata 
• Convener, International conference VAIBHAB (Vaishwik Bharatiya Vaigyanik Summit),  A global summit of overseas and resident Indian scientists and Academicians, Oct 15th,  2020). Attended several National and International conferences as chair/ speaker.  
• Served as task Force member on the Basic and Disease Biology programs at DBT,  DST and CSIR, Govt of India, New Delhi. (2020-till date)
