About the Faculty

I did my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Jaydeb Sarkar and Prof. Gadadhar Misra. My research interest lies in the Operators on Hilbert Spaces, Reproducing Kernel Hilbert spaces, Dilation Theory, Functional Analysis. More specifically, operator theory on Hilbert space of analytic function, Study of Reproducing kernel Hilbert module, Dilation theory, Positivity, Study of some special class of operators namely, completely non-unitary contraction, row contraction, characteristic function, Study of some submodules of Hardy space over bidisk and essential normality of the restriction of operators on these submodules and Invariant subspaces of Reproducing kernel Hilbert space, characteristic functions, transfer function realization, commutant-lifting, Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation problems and factorization problems.
