Associate Professor,
Department of Mechanical Engineering
My research interests are towards developing new materials for energy storage applications, specifically focusing on applications such as hydrogen storage and metal-ion batteries. I wish to also explore the mechanical behavior of materials subjected to processing conditions such as cryoforging and so on. Teaching materials science related courses is something I find fulfilling. I enjoy going for long-distance runs, taking pictures of wildlife, reading, and practicing mindfulness.
