Pilani is located 200 km west of Delhi and 220 km north of Jaipur. Direct buses to Pilani are frequently available from Delhi (ISBT, Kashmiri Gate) and Jaipur (RSRTC Bus Stand, Sindhi Camp). It takes about 4 hours by taxi and 6 hours by bus from both of these two cities to reach Pilani.

Being a small town, Pilani does not have its own airport or railway station. The nearest railway station is the Chirawa Railway (CRWA) station which is around 17 km away from Pilani. Delhi is also connected to Pilani via Loharu (LHU) and Sadulpur (SDLP) junctions which are around 25 km away from Pilani.
