The Teaching Learning Centre of the esteemed Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Pilani Campus, once again hosted the much-anticipated “Transforming Education and High Impact Leadership (TEACH 2025)”, fully residential five-day event, held from 25th to 29th January 2025, aimed at revolutionizing educational methodologies and leadership in the academic sphere. TEACH aimed to cater distinguished academicians, administrators, and educators, focused on Visionary Leadership, Managing Change, Strategic Decision-Making, Human Resource Management, Effective Communication, Entrepreneurship, Teacher Development, Innovations in Schools, Academic Counseling, and Stakeholder Engagement. Each session was meticulously designed with hands-on exercises and impactful takeaways for participants, ensuring an enriching experience. Key speakers emphasized leadership, innovation, ethics, and collaboration in education, inspiring participants to embrace new learning strategies and transformative pedagogical approaches.

Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao, Vice Chancellor, BITS Pilani in his address, delved into the evolution of higher education and the transformative role of NEP 2020. He highlighted the importance of ethics in AI-driven education. He also stressed the need for instilling values, promoting critical thinking, and enhancing alumni engagement. Prof. Sudhir Kumar Barai Former Director & Director Designate, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, lauded BITS Pilani’s contributions to education, emphasized perseverance, vision, and the power of young entrepreneurship, encouraging participants to fully engage in TEACH 2025.

Prof. Shibani Khanra Jha, Faculty-In-Charge, TLC, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, narrated an engaging story that underscored the necessity of creative thinking and strategic leadership in education. She elaborated on: Leadership and Resourcefulness – The need for innovative thinking among educators. The Role of Educators -Teachers as architects of the future. NEP 2020 Key Concepts (SEAT & ARM)-A structured approach to skill development and adaptability. Strategies for Transforming Education -Integrating technology, revamping teacher education, and fostering accountability.

Col. Soumyabrata Chakraborty, Registrar, BITS Pilani, underscored the importance of collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing. He urged participants to maximize their experience during the five-day program and commended the organizers for their dedication to educational transformation. The TEACH 2025 provided the much-awaited transforming platform of Catalyst for Change where school leadership teams were actively engaged for continuous 5 days in the interactive sessions, discussions, Hands-on session in workshop designed to shape the future of innovation and high-impact leadership in education.
