Prof. Vikas Garg (Head of the Department) and Prof. Bhaskar Das from the School of Engineering and Technology, Central University of Haryana visited  the Department of Civil Engineering, BITS Pilani Pliani campus on 31st January 2025. The faculty members of Civil Engineering (headed by Prof. Dipendu Bhunia) met the two Professors to discuss the possibilities of developing new courses, running common courses, faculty exchange, utilizing the mutual research facilities, publications, submission of Research Proposals, patents, consultancy, and identifying critical social issues and solving problems. This was followed by the visit to the Department laboratories. Thus, a fruitful collaboration for mutual benefit is expected in near future.
