International Conference held on Emerging Miniaturized Technology, Micro to Nano ETMN 2013 during Feb 22-23, 2013 at BITS Pilani, K.K. Birla, Goa. Prof Singru was finance chair and Dr Rakesh Mote was Purchase chair. Dr Sachin Waigaonkar managed technical program well and all faculty participated. 60 oral presentation and 200 posters were presented.

ANSYS-CFD held during 15th & 18th of December, 2014. The workshop was organized and conducted by Dr. Shibu Clement and Mr. M. Sreedhar Babu, BITS Pilani – KK Birla Goa Campus. Mr. Ashish Mittal from “Innovant Engineering Pvt.Ltd.” Bangalore was the resource person. This was a 4 day workshop which covered setting up of problem and simulation process considering applciations like Multi Phase Fluid Flow and introduction to IC engine module.

Two days workshop on Recent Trends in Automobiles for Students and Faculty Members of BITS Pilani –Goa Campus, held on 10-11th October 2015. It was comprehensive workshop where each student has got a live demonstration on engines. Recently used technologies in the automobiles by different automobiles companies like CRDI, VGT, EGR, ECUs etc have been focused. It is conducted Medhaavi Center for Automotive Research. Dr. Ranjit S Patil – Deparment of Mechanical engineering was a faculty co-ordinator.
