Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering,
BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus
I completed my B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani in 2009. After a brief stint in industry, I returned for my M.E. in Mechanical Engineering at BITS Pilani and graduated in 2013. I have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University of California Los Angeles with Solid and Structural Mechanics as my major and Fluid Mechanics as my minor. I was a post-doc at Johns Hopkins University working in Computational Biophysics before joining Department of Mechanical Engineering at BITS Pilani in December 2019. Broadly, my interest is in Computational Mechanics. In specific, I like to study mechanics problems arising out of biological phenomena.
