Dr. Vaishali Pagaria Bhamidipati brings over two decades of combined experience in academia and industry, specializing in finance. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Finance. Currently, she serves as Assistant Professor at BITS Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Program Division, which caters to working professionals. Prior to this Dr. Vaishali has worked with ICFAI Business School, NMIMS, NALSAR, JNTUH and Osmania University in the capacity of faculty. She has also collaborated as an Academic Associate with Middlesex University, London, contributing to various academic projects, and a Thesis Supervisor for postgraduate students at Liverpool John Moores University, London, guiding research in business management. She has also mentored students in the Doctor of Business Administration program at the Swiss School of Business Management.

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Vaishali has guided more than 520+ MBA students for their dissertation projects (Finance and Accounting) and two PhD students under Management  domain. Her academic contributions include over 23 publications in national and international conferences and journals, along with two national-level patents. Dr. Vaishali Pagaria Bhamidipati has been honored with the "International Inspirational Women Award for Best Women Change Maker" and the "Academic Excellence Award" in 2020, as well as the "Excellency in Teaching and Social Services" award in 2012.

With a diverse skill set, Dr. Vaishali Pagaria Bhamidipati has dedicated her career to shaping the academic and professional journeys of undergraduate, post-graduate, and doctoral students. Her focus lies in enhancing their knowledge, skills, and employability while fostering their sense of social responsibility.
