The Convention was supported by Rajasthan Association of North America (RANA); Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi;  Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR), New Delhi; University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi; Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi; Centre for Desert Development Technology (CDDT);  Tehri Hydro Development Corporation (THDC), Rishikesh; Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF), New Delhi; Space and Environmental Engineering Services (SEES-An Eco Friendly Group), Dehradun.
