About the Faculty

• Teaching since 1986; Taught varied courses (~30); Senior Professor since Oct. 2013.
• Completed doctorate in 1996; 25 years of active research and published around 100 papers in Refereed journals (highest impact factor: ~31) and ~130 Conferences’ papers; reviewed around 170 papers for reputed journals.
• Executed/ executing sponsored projects worth more than Rs. 1000 lacs
• Guided/ guiding 15 Doctoral candidates, ~30 dissertations/ M.E. projects, and ~150 undergraduate students
• Authored and co-authored 3 books and other lecture materials
• Won the grant funding of $1,96,000 at Global Development Market place organized by World Bank at Washington in 2006. It was one of the thirty projects that received the grant out of 2500 projects.
• Actively involved in Water management systems in rural areas from last ten years. Implemented the schemes at different villages. Appreciated by all mainly villagers and Rajasthan Government.
• More than 15 years’ experience in institutional development and Decision making. Worked as Deans (ESD, EHD), Assistant Unit Chief (Maintenance), Group Leader: Civil Engg., Engineering Technology, Warden and other committees’ member
• Involved in construction work worth more than 250 crores and implemented rainwater harvesting and green architecture and campus development.
