Funded projects

I have been working in power quality and renewable energy integration.

I have the following ongoing projects in this area:

  1. As PI in "IoT and Digital Twin Enabled Enhanced Operation and Control of a Solar PV and Battery Integrated Smart Microgrid" funded by BITS-Pilani under the Cross-Disciplinary Research Fund (CDRF) scheme (Rs. 30 lakh), a cross-disciplinary project with Dr. Sumanta Pasari (Mathematics department, BITS-Pilani, Pilani campus) and Dr. Udayan Chanda, Management, BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus.

Following are completed projects:

  1. As Co-I in "Development of Improved Design and Control Techniques for Unified Power Quality Conditioner with Distributed Generation" funded by Central Power Research Institute Bangalore (Rs. 21.09 lakh).
  2. As PI in " Advanced design and control strategies for DSTATCOM integrated with Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System" funded by BITS-Pilani under the Research Initiation Grant scheme (Rs. 2.0 lakh).
  3. As PI in "Investigations on Start-up Methods and Operating Techniques for Distributed Energy Resource Integrated Distribution Static Compensator" funded by BITS-Pilani under Additional Competitive Research Grant (Rs. 10.0 lakh).
