Registration details 

Please access the conference website (https://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/plmss2025/) for registration. Fee details for early registration (till November 01, 2025) are as follows:

•  Industry / R&D Organization: INR 10,000 per delegate
• Group registration from industry (5 participants): INR 8,000 per delegate
• Academician: INR 8,000 per delegate
•  Student: INR 5,000 per student
• Accompanying person/non-presenting participant: INR 4000 per person
• Foreign participant: 150 USD per delegate (Group discount not applicable)

* Extra INR 1000 will be charged from Indian participant and extra 50 USD will be charged from foreign participant after November 01, 2025.
** Registration fee does not include accommodation charges.

Registration fee can be paid through Bank transfer / Online.

Registration fee includes conference kit, tea / coffee, snacks, lunch on all the days.
